Just wanted to send a big thank you for the phenomenal service I received! The reglaze was perfect & excellent value for money.

I use the internet for virtually everything these days and to have my new glasses in my hands within 3 working days from my order is incredible. Amazon can’t do books quicker. I’ll be telling all my poor sighted friends.

I endorse all the good points that are shown in the letters above. The communication and standard of service that I received this week are without equal.

It has been my experience in the past that high street stores constantly plug new frames with a result that I have many perfectly good frames lying in drawers about the house, all costing a considerable amount. I had a certain amount of trepidation on reading the advertisement before I ordered reading lenses to be fitted to one of these ‘old’ frames. I need not have worried, for the result was excellent.

I will now be sending another two frames to be re-glazed, one of them for golfing purposes. I will post the results of that pair for any other golfers who may be reading.

I remain one very satisfied customer!

I’ve also now had the pleasure of using this excellent company twice and I’ll be back for a third time within the next week! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful customer service I experienced with Ciliary Blue! I needed some glasses reglazed quick and Ciliry Blue got them back to me inside 48 hours of me sending them………. Incredible! Add that to the brilliant prices (half the price of a well known high street store!) and then multiply that by the superb quality of the lenses (far far superior to the rubbish you get from the same well known high street store!) and you’ve got the Rolls Royce of spectacle glazing! If you’re in any doubt……….. don’t be! But don’t just take my word for it………. the other 47 testimonials before me are all the proof you need that Ciliary Blue are the real deal!

Hi Phil, again the service is very impressive – I had a spare envelope from a previous transaction which cut down the send/receive to four working days!!! (And the latest postal pack as received is stored for future use)
FYI three years ago Boots Opticians charged me £120 PER VARIFOCAL LENS! These are the frames you reglazed to the same specification for £75. For any doubting Thomas’s ‘out there’ 1: Look out all your redundant spectacles – and use your favourite pair for the reglaze service PLUS the very reasonable ‘£5 Extra’ rennovation service – it REALLY is worth it! 2: Getting the same script have another pair with sunglass tint. That way – in the years ahead you have a ready one (if like us, you favour varifocals) to send with your next updated requirement. You won’t regret it.
